Head to the presidents' display (and toward the old town). Go straight to the economics exhibit (and toward other sections). Enter the Water Wonders section. Head toward the Planetarium and elevator. Board the exploration ship/ Angler Ted's ship. Other Floors
Head down the stairs back to the first floor. Take the steps up to the third floor.
